History and modern society both show that when women are given equal opportunities in education, employment, and leadership, nations prosper and humanity advances.

However, this day is not only for celebration; it is also a moment of reflection. *Many women still face challenges such as inequality, discrimination, and violence.* A truly just and progressive society must ensure respect, safety, education, and equal opportunities for every woman. Empowerment of women is not merely a social slogan; it is a moral and constitutional responsibility.
